Store Regulations

Chapter I
General Information

The store bilety.store is owned by: Świadomi Mimochodem Sp. z o.o., Zawiszy 12/78, 01-167 Warsaw, NIP: 5213913595, with registration records at the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw, X Commercial Department of the National Court Register under number 0000871232, with a share capital of PLN 50,000.00.

The store bilety.store operates 24 hours a day, and tickets can be purchased at any time, except during scheduled technical maintenance, for which customers are informed in advance.

Chapter II
Products

These regulations define the rules for purchasing tickets on the website available at bilety.store.

Tickets may only be purchased by adults who are fully capable of legal actions, as well as legal entities or organizational units without legal personality but with the capacity to perform legal acts.

Chapter III
Prices

Prices, including any service fees (if applicable), include VAT, and may be displayed in PLN or another currency. Delivery costs are not included and are specified when selecting the delivery method.

Chapter IV
Payment Processing

For your convenience, you can make payments in various ways: via bank transfer, credit card, BLIK, or deferred payment. The payment method is chosen during the ticket order process.

Payment operators: Przelewy24 (fast internet payment operator) and Worldline (card payment operator). By purchasing, you must accept the separate terms and conditions of the payment operator.

A purchase receipt is sent electronically to the email provided during the order process.

Orders made on bilety.store should be paid immediately, no later than 15 minutes after the order is placed, except in the case of deferred payment.

If no payment confirmation is received within 15 minutes of the order, the order will be canceled, and you will need to restart the purchase process.

Chapter V
Ticket Delivery

Tickets are delivered exclusively in electronic form, to the email address provided during the purchase process. Delivery will occur within 24 hours after the purchase confirmation is issued.

If you do not receive your ticket within the specified time, please contact us immediately by email at bilety@alchemista.pl or by phone during business hours (Mon-Fri, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM).

The store is not responsible for undelivered tickets due to issues outside of its control, such as incorrect email addresses, email filter errors, server issues, or email account overflow.

Chapter VI
Order Modifications

Once an order is placed and payment is processed, modifications to the order are not possible.

Chapter VII
Ticket Transfer

For certain events, it is possible to transfer tickets to a third party only after prior email contact at bilety@alchemista.pl.

Transferring named tickets is subject to a fee.

Chapter VIII
Withdrawal from the Agreement

Please note that by purchasing tickets via bilety.store, you do not have the right to withdraw from the contract. This is explicitly stated in Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act.

Chapter IX
Data Protection Regulations / Privacy Policy

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council (GDPR), we inform you that:

The data controller of the personal data collected through the store is Świadomi Mimochodem Sp. z o.o., Zawiszy 12/78, 01-167 Warsaw, NIP: 5213913595, contact: sklep@alchemista.pl.

The company has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO), who can be contacted regarding any personal data processing issues: Paweł Maliszewski, iod@perfectinfo.pl.

The company processes personal data for the following purposes:

  • To conclude a sales agreement based on your interest in our offer (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
  • To fulfill and execute the sales contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
  • To exercise the right to withdraw from the contract based on consumer rights (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR);
  • To fulfill warranty and liability obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR);
  • For archival purposes and as evidence to secure information (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR);
  • For possible claim handling, defense, or assertion (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR);
  • To assess customer satisfaction and service quality (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR);
  • For marketing purposes, including sending newsletters and promotional offers, based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Personal data will be stored for the duration of the contract and, after its completion, for as long as required by law or until the statute of limitations for claims expires. Personal data for marketing purposes will be processed until consent is withdrawn.

Personal data may be shared with subcontractors, including those providing accounting, courier, legal, and IT services, as well as with independent recipients such as banks and leasing companies.

Every individual has the right to access, rectify, delete, or restrict the processing of their personal data, as well as the right to data portability.

If you have any doubts regarding personal data processing, you can contact the Data Protection Officer or file a complaint with the supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

The seller commits to protecting personal data in accordance with the GDPR.
